【摘要】 目的探讨椎弓根螺钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂型骨折的手术方法和评价其临床疗效。方法回顾分析220例胸腰椎爆裂型骨折患者行后路椎弓根螺钉复位固定固定的临床资料。结果随访8个月～7年,平均2年6个月。所有病例的脊柱后凸畸形均明显纠正,椎体前后缘高度基本恢复正常,术后CT扫描显示减压满意,Frankel分级A、E级病例无神经功能改变,其余病例Frankel分级均有1～2级以上改善。结论椎弓根钉固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂型骨折具有固定坚强、复位满意、操作简便等优点,但亦需掌握操作要领,并注意防止手术并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of acute thoracolumbar fracture with pedicle screw and evaluate its clinical results.Methods 200 patients with thoracolumbar fracture had been treated with pedicle screw 1989.The clinical material were reviewed and analyzed.Results The follow-up period was from 8 month to 7 years,with an average of 2.5 years.In all cases,The operative reduction had an satisfactory effect on the vertebral angle and the vertebral height,and the CT scanning displayed the volume of vertebral canal is satisfied in all patients after operation.The patients of Frankel grade B ,C and D got one or two grade recovery of neurological function,The neurological function of other patients did not change.Conclusions The treatment of acute thoracolumbar fracture with pedicle screw has the advantages of strong fixation,satisfactory replacement,and simple technique and so on.Grasping the main point of operation and preventing the surgery complication are very important.更多还原
