【摘要】 随着城市化进程的加快,大量农民工涌入城市,农民工的住房问题成为社会各界关注的热点。由于农民工自身人力资本弱,住房保障制度不完善,户籍制度的限制以及国家政策、法律的缺失,使农民工的住房条件和住房需求均得不到满足,阻碍了农民工为城市建设和经济发展做出贡献。加大政府在农民工住房问题上的主体责任,完善住房保障制度,发展住房租赁市场并提高农民工的住房消费能力,是改善农民工住房问题的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fast development of urbanization,a large number of farm migrant workers entered into the cities,For the reasons of less-developed human capital potentials,imcompleted housing support systems,limitation of household registration system and deficiencies of legal systems,the needs for housing and the conditions for housing requirement can not be met under present situation,which directly impacts the migrant workers’enthusiam and energy for the contribution to urban development.So,this paper thinks that the efficient means for solving the problems above-menthioned should be based on improving the government’s responsibility on housing matters,bettering the housing support system,developing the low-cost rental housing market and enhancing the migrant workers’ consumption volume.更多还原
