基于虚拟技术的液压元件拆装系统的设计
Dismounting System of Hydraulic Components Based on Virtual Technology
【摘要】 介绍一种基于虚拟技术的柱塞泵模拟拆装系统,它在原有实验手段的基础上利用计算机仿真技术,制作成三维动画演示的液压实验教学软件。此系统可在课堂进行液压元件的虚拟拆装演示,以充分了解液压元件内部结构,达到液压元件自身和工作原理可视化的目的,弥补了传统教学元件感性认识少而对系统回路的理解效果差的缺陷。
【Abstract】 A dismounting system to simulate displacement pump based on Virtual Technology is presented.The system takes advantage of computer simulation technology based on the Original laboratory procedures,makes 3D animation Models Hydraulic for experimental teaching.The system can do experiments on virtual dismounting hydraulic components at the classroom,this can help us understand internal structure of hydraulic components,Reached the hydraulic components and working principle of self-Visualized purpose hydraulic component,this can help us increase understanding of component perception on conventional teaching,also it can improve the efficiency of comprehension about the system loop.
