【摘要】 目的:评价我院抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对2006～2008年我院抗高血压药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额等进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗高血压药DDDs和销售金额均呈逐年上升趋势,各年度钙通道阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)的销售金额均排在前3位。各年度抗高血压药总DDDs分别为9.514、10.459、29.447万日;总销售金额分别为24.457、27.649、80.051万元。结论:我院钙通道阻滞剂、ARB及ACEI最常用,基本符合目前的抗高血压用药原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status quo and trend of the utilization of antihypertensive agents in our hospital for clinical references of rational administration of antihypertensive agents.METHODS: The utilization of the antihypertensive agents in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of DDDs and consumption sum etc.RESULTS: Both the DDDs and the consumption sum of antihypertensive agents in our hospital increased year by year.Calcium antagonist,ARBs(angiotensin Ⅱreceptor antagonists) and ACEI(angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor) ranked among the top three places in terms of consumption sum from 2006 to 2008,over the 3 years,the DDDs of antihypertensive agents were 95.14×103 days,104.59×103 day and 294.47×103 days,respectively,and the consumption sum stood at 244.57×103 yuan,276.49×103 yuan and 800.51×103 yuan,respectively.CONCLUSION: Calcium antagonist,ARBs and ACEI were predominantly used in our hospital,which basically conforms to the current medication principle of antihypertensive drugs.更多还原
