【摘要】 目的:了解深圳市妇幼保健院麻醉药品的应用情况和用药趋势。方法:对我院2006～2008年麻醉药品应用金额、用量、用药频度等进行统计和分析。结果:我院麻醉药品消耗金额和用量逐年上升。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液用药频度居首位;盐酸吗啡注射液用量呈逐年上升趋势。我院麻醉药品主要应用于分娩镇痛、剖腹产术后镇痛,也有部分用于癌痛治疗。结论:合理应用麻醉药品,保障母婴安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status and developing trend of the utilization of narcotics in Shenzhen Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital.METHODS:The utilization of narcotics in the inpatients of our hospital during 2006～2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,consumption amount and DDDs etc.RESULTS:Both the consumption sum and the consumption amount of the narcotics in our hospital increased year by year.Fentanyl Citrate Injection Leading the first took the lead in terms of DDDs.The consumption amount of Morphine Hydrochloride Injection increased year by year.The application of narcotics in our hospital was mainly for labor analgesia and postcesarean analgesia,and some were used relieving cancer pain.CONCLUSION:Narcotics should be used rationally to ensure safety of both mother and infant.更多还原
