ESBLs阳性菌株的耐药性及抗菌药物消耗量相关性研究
Correlation between Antibiotic Resistance of ESBLs-producing Bacillus and the Consumption of Antibiotics
【摘要】 目的:探讨ESBLs阳性菌株的耐药性与抗菌药物消耗量相关性。方法:对我院86例ESBLs阳性菌株的抗感染用药进行全程观察,根据药敏试验结果、用药频度、用药品种、用药天数,分别进行耐药性和相关药物消耗量统计分析。比较耐药率与消耗量。结果:ESBLs阳性菌株对第3代头孢菌素、氟喹诺酮类耐药率达85%以上,对碳青霉烯类敏感,对β-内酰胺类抗生素加酶抑制药的复合制剂较敏感。但敏感度有下降趋势。回归分析表明ESBLs阳性菌株的耐药性与相关抗菌药物消耗量有显著相关意义。结论:ESBLs阳性菌株的耐药性与相关抗菌药物消耗量显著相关。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the correlation between the antibiotic resistance of ESBLs-producing bacillus and the consumption of antibiotics.METHODS:86 patients infected with ESBLs-producing bacillus in our hospital were followed throughout the anti-infective treatment course.The antibiotic resistance of ESBLs-producing bacillus and the consumption of antibiotics were analyzed statistically based on the susceptibility test result,DDDs,drug variety and duration of medication.The correlation between the antibiotic resistance of ESBLs-producing bacillus and the consumption of antibiotics was evaluated.RESULTS:The resistance rates of ESBLs-producing bacillus to the third generation cephalosporin and quinolones were above 85%,but which were sensitive to carbopenems and comparatively sensitive to the combination drugs composed of β-lactamases antibiotics and the inhibitor of β-lactamases.The antibiotic sensitivity of ESBLs-producing bacillus was on the declining.The multiple regression analysis showed that the antibiotic resistance of strains of ESBLs-producing bacillus was strongly associated with the consumption of antibiotics.CONCLUSION:The antibiotic resistance of ESBLs-producing bacillus was strongly correlated with the consumption of antibiotics.
