【摘要】 目的:随着奥沙利铂在临床中使用逐渐增加,其过敏发生病例亦渐增多,本文旨在研究奥沙利铂在临床使用中致过敏的发生率及其临床表现。方法:回顾性分析2004年3月～2009年3月在我科住院的胃肠肿瘤患者,化疗方案为FOLFOX,研究奥沙利铂致过敏反应的发生率及其发生特点。结果:奥沙利铂致过敏的发生率约10%,Ⅲ-Ⅳ度过敏反应的发生率约1%。结论:在临床中奥沙利铂致过敏反应的发生不容忽视,有时可能对患者的生命带来危险,一旦发生要及时给予患者脱敏措施,并在以后的应用中充分权衡利弊。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:With an increase of oxaliplatin in clinical use,the allergy cases have gradually increased,the aim of this paper is to study the allergy incidence of oxaliplatin in clinical use and its symptoms.METHODS:Retrospective analysis of hospitalization with gastro-intestinal tumors in chemotherapy department from March 2004 to March 2009,and chemotherapy scheme adopt FOLFOX,then study the incidence allergic reactions of oxaliplatin and their characteristics.RESULTS:The allergy incidence of Oxaliplatin is about 10%,the incidence of three to four degree is about 1%.CONCLUSION:The allergic reactions of Oxaliplatin in the clinical should not be ignored,and it patients may be dangerous to life sometimes.Once it occurred,a timely desensitization measures should be given at once,and we should fully weigh the pros and cons in its future use.更多还原
