【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To introduces clinical pharmacists’ the experiences of developing pharmaceutical care in participating in the anti-infective treatment.METHODS:The typical cases of 4 clinical pharmacists who participated in the anti-infective treatment were summarized analytically.RESULTS:The participation of clinical pharmacists in making the anti-infective treatment plan achieved remarkable efficacy.CONCLUSION:Clinical pharmacists’ participating in making the anti-infective treatment plan greatly promoted the rational use of anti-infective drugs.更多还原
