【摘要】 目的:分析抗菌药物在产科的应用情况,为抗菌药物的合理应用提供参考。方法:采用药物利用评价中的回顾性方法,对330例产科患者抗菌药物的品种、DDDs值、用药频度、DUI值以及联合用药等方面进行分析统计。结果:本院产科手术中使用频数最大的两类药物是头孢菌素类药物以及甲硝唑,以第2代头孢菌素为主,选用的抗菌药物剂量恰当,单独一种抗菌药物占约一半。结论:该院抗菌药物品种、剂量的选择基本合理,联合用药情况较好,应进一步加强具体品种的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the utilization of antibacterials in obstetric patients for reference of their rational use.METHODS: By a retrospective method recommend for drug utilization evaluation,the use of antibiotics in a total of 330 obstetric patients was analyzed in respect of the drug variety,DDDs value,medication frequency,DUI value and the combined use of antibacterials etc.RESULTS: Cephalosporins and Metronidazole were used most frequently in obstetric surgery,predominantly the second generation Cephalosporins.The dosages of the antibiotics were proper.Of the antibiotics used,about 50% were used singly.CONCLUSION: The use of antimicrobials was generally reasonable in species,dosage and combination;however,further research on variety remains to be done.更多还原
