【摘要】 目的:了解我院抗菌药物用量的变化趋势,为医院药品管理和临床合理用药提供依据。方法:选取2005～2008年我院用药分析系统中抗菌药物的数据资料,用限定日剂量(Defined daily dose,DDD)分析法及消耗金额统计法,分析用药频度(DDDs)和药物费用。结果:从2005～2008年,头孢菌素类无论是品种数量还是销售金额始终排在第1位,且呈现逐年增长的趋势。β-内酰胺类抗菌药物占绝对优势。结论:随着抗菌药物的大量使用,细菌耐药性不断发展,合理使用抗菌药物是我们面临的重要课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the trend in the application of antibacterials in our hospital for references of hospital drug management and clinical rational drug use.METHODS: Data about the antibacterials used in our hospital during 2005～2008 were retrieved from the medication analytical system with DDDs and drug cost analyzed using the method of defined daily dose(DDD) and a statistical method of consumption sum,respectively.RESULTS: Cephalosporins topped the list in both variety and consumption sum during the period 2005～2008 and which assumed a year-on-year increase tendency.The consumption of β-lactam antibacterial assumed a predominant place.CONCLUSION: The bacterial drug resistance is increasing with the extensive use of antibacterials,so rational use of antibacterials has become an important question for study.更多还原
