复方党参白术颗粒对原发性肝癌治疗的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:评价复方党参白术颗粒对原发性肝癌治疗的疗效。方法:采用自身对照的研究方法选择中晚期原发性肝癌病例150例,给予口服复方党参白术颗粒,观察其有效率。结果:治疗后肿瘤体积大小变化:完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、稳定(SD)、进展(PD)病例分别为0、38、72、40;临床症状和体征改善情况:72例明显改善,54例部分改善,24例病变进展;治疗后血清AFP水平明显下降,患者生活质量明显提高。结论:复方党参白术颗粒对中晚期原发性肝癌有较好的疗效,能明显提高患者的生活质量,缓解临床症状,对机体无任何不良反应,值得进一步研究。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Radix Codonopsitis and Atractylodes Macrocephala Granules for primary hepatic cancer. METHODS:150 patients with intermediate or advanced primary hepatic cancer were assigned to receive Compound Radix Codonopsitis & Atractylodes Macrocephala Granules by own control. The efficacy of the granules was evaluated. RESULTS:In terms of the gross tumor volume after treatment:CR (complete remission),PR (partial remission),SD (stable disease),and PD (progressive disease) appeared in 0,38,72,and 40 cases,respectively; in terms of improvement of clinical symptoms and signs:72 improved markedly,54 improved partially,and 24 progressed,and serum AFP level was down-regulated significantly while the patients’ quality of life improved significantly after treatment. CONCLUSION:Compound Radix Codonopsitis & Atractylodes Macrocephala Granules had remarkable efficacy for intermediate or advanced primary hepatic cancer in that it can significantly improve patients’ quality of life,relieve clinical symptoms but have no any side-effect,which thus deserve to be studied further.
