【摘要】 目的:分析我院不同年龄门诊患者在用药中存在的问题及需求,为针对不同年龄患者的个体化药学服务提供依据。方法:收集整理我院2004年1月～2006年12月门诊用药咨询记录,按年龄分组,对不同年龄组患者的用药问题进行统计分析。结果:在咨询人群的年龄分布上,60～75岁人群所占比例最高,占44.93%。不同年龄段人群主要咨询的问题存在差别:14岁以下人群咨询药物作用机制和用法与用量最多,各占31.03%;15～44岁人群咨询药物用法与用量最多,占25.60%;45～59岁人群咨询药物不良反应与相关问题最多,占29.39%;60～75岁人群咨询药物不良反应与相关问题最多,占24.74%;75岁以上人群咨询与疾病治疗相关的问题最多,占24.27%。结论:不同年龄段患者的用药咨询问题有所不同,咨询药师应根据其特点,有针对性地进行药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the problems and needs of outpatients of different age groups in our hospital existing in medication consultation,and to provide a basis for individualized pharmaceutical care for the patients in different age.METHODS:The outpatient consultation records from January 2004 to December 2006 were collected from our hospital with the medication problems of different age groups analyzed statistically.RESULTS:In terms of age distribution,the patients aged at 60～75 took the highest proportion at 44.93%.There were differences as for the concern of medication consultation among different age groups:those aged below 14 cared more about the mechanism of action of drugs,administration and dosage of the drug,accounting for 31.03% respectively;those aged at 15～44 cared more about the administration and dosage,accounting for 25.60%;those aged at 45～59 and 60～75 cared more about the adverse drug reaction-related issues,accounting for 29.39% and 24.74%,respectively,and the patients over 75 years old had more concern on treatment-related issues,accounting for 24.27%.CONCLUSION:Patients of different age groups had different concerns in medication consultation.Pharmacists should provide tailored pharmaceutical care aimed at different age groups’ needs.更多还原
