SYSMEX尿液常规分析系统的显微镜复查标准探讨
Study of the standard of microscopic reexamination for SYSMEX urine analysis system
【摘要】 目的探讨SYSMEX尿液干化学分析仪与尿沉渣仪的显微镜复查标准。方法取新鲜尿液进行尿液干化学和尿沉渣分析仪检测,同时使用显微镜尿沉渣计数板定量计数尿沉渣白细胞/红细胞。结果14.16%的尿干化学分析正常样本显微镜复查WBC\RBC结果超出生物参考区间;尿沉渣自动分析与镜检符合率为96.58%,尿干化学分析与镜检符合率为85.84%。结论单一尿干化学分析方法不能替代显微镜复查方法,对该类尿液常规分析有必要做显微镜复查;UF100尿沉渣分析仪测定结果在生物参考区间内的样本无需显微镜复查,超出生物参考区间的样本需显微镜复查。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the standard of microscopic reexamination for SYSMEX urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine sediment analyzer.Methods Fresh urine is obtained to carry on a urine dry chemistry and sediment analysis,and counting WBC/RBC be performed by using urine sediment count plate.Results Microscopic reviewed WBC\RBC results beyond the biological reference interval in 14.16% of normal dry chemical analysis;there is a 96.58% coincidence rate between urine sediment microscope review and urine sediment auto-analysis;and a 85.84% coincidence rate between sediment microscope review and urine dry chemistry analysis.Conclusions Single urine dry chemistry analysis method can’t substitute for microscope review method.It is necessary to do a microscope review for the urine routine analysis.Microscopic review is not required if the sample of UF100 Urine analyzer results in biological reference interval.Samples need microscope review if results beyond the biological reference interval.
