【摘要】 目的观察茶碱治疗前后哮喘患者诱导痰白介素-8(IL-8)水平变化及治疗效果。方法选择支气管哮喘成年患者60例随机分为茶碱治疗组和对照组,治疗组早餐及睡前各口服缓释茶碱100 mg,吸入沙丁胺醇200μg,每日3次,缓解后沙丁胺醇调整为100μg,每日3次;对照组吸入沙丁胺醇200μg,每日3次,缓解后沙丁胺醇调整为100μg,每日3次。两组疗程均为8周,以诱导痰法收集两组患者治疗前、治疗1月和2月的痰液标本,采用ELISA法测定IL-8水平并评价疗效。结果茶碱组在治疗后2月IL-8水平显著降低(P<0.01),与沙丁胺醇组相比IL-8水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论茶碱具有降低患者诱导痰IL-8水平的作用,此可能为茶碱治疗哮喘的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effect of theophylline on the level of IL-8 in induced sputum of asthma and to evaluate the relation between IL-8 and asthma.Methods 60 adult asthma patients divided into treatment group and control group randomized.The treatment group took theophylline Sustained Release Tablets 100mg before breakfast and sleeping,inhaling salbutamol 200 μg,Tid.The control group inhaled salbutamol 200 μg,Tid.The course of treatment was 8 weeks both of two groups.We examined the level of IL-8(ELISA)in induced sputum before and after treatment.Results IL-8 level was obviously decreased compared with the level before the treatment(P < 0.01),and IL-8 level was obviously decreased compared with control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions The study suggested that theophylline can reduce the level of IL-8 In induced sputum,and it may be one of mechanisms of theophylline.更多还原
