【摘要】 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(ccnd1)基因表达在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)检测139例乳腺癌等肿瘤患者及40例健康志愿者外周血中ccnd1 mRNA水平,同时采用逆转录RT-PCR进行对比。结果ccnd1 mRNA在乳腺癌组表达高于良性乳腺疾病组和其它肿瘤组(P<0.05);FQ-PCR对乳腺癌诊断的灵敏度、特异性和准确度均显著高于RT-PCR法(P<0.05)。结论FQ-PCR检测ccnd1对乳腺癌诊断灵敏度、特异性和准确度较高,可有效辅助诊断乳腺癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of clinical application of cyclinD1(ccnd1) mRNA expression in the diagnosis of the breast cancer.Methods ccnd1 mRNA in clinical samples of 139 patients with breast cancer,benign breast disease,cancer in other parts and 40 health women were detected by fluorescent quantification polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR)and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results ccnd1 mRNA in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast disease group and other cancer group(P < 0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ccnd1 by FQ-PCR were higher than those of RT-PCR(P < 0.05).Conclusions The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ccnd1 by FQ-PCR in the diagnosis of breast cancer were rather high.Gene expression of ccnd1 can effectively help to diagnosis breast cancer.更多还原
