【摘要】 目的了解皮肤疾病患者心理健康状况,为心理护理提供依据。方法采用状态-特质量表(STAI-FormY)及自行设计表格对2008年10月13日至12月26日在我院皮肤科住院的159例皮肤病患者进行评估。结果159例患者状态焦虑阳性率13.8%(22/159);按文化程度分类比较:小学以下阳性率24%(6/25),初中阳性率15.6%(7/45),高中(中专)阳性率15%(6/40),大专阳性率10%(2/20),本科以上阳性率3.4%(1/29),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);按年龄分类比较:19~39岁阳性率5%(4/74),50~69岁阳性率25%(15/60),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论皮肤疾病患者存在一定的焦虑问题,应用STAI-Form Y能较准确的判断焦虑患者,为心理护理提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study is to investigate the psychological state of patients with dermatoses and provide a proof for holistic nursing care.Methods To use STAI-Form Y and the self-designed form to evaluate 159 patients with dermatoses hospitalized from October 13,2008 to December 26,2008 in the department of dermatology.Results Twenty-two patients were in anxiety state.The positive rate was 13.8%(22/159).Among the positive patients,the number of patients graduated from primary school was 6(6/25) with the positive rate of 24%.Seven patients graduated from junior high school with the positive rate of 15.6%(7/45).The number of patients who graduated from senior high school was 6 out of 40 with the positive rate of 15%.Two patients out of 20 graduated from junior college with the positive rate of 10%.One out of 29 patients had bachelor’s degree or above with the positive rate of 3.4%.Statistical significant were observed for the tendency differences(P < 0.05).4 out of 74 patients aged between 19~39 years old with the positive rate of 5%.15 out of 60 patients aged between 50~69 years old with the positive rate of 25%.The difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion There was anxious problem in patients with dermatoses.We can evaluate anxious patients by using STAI-Form Y and provide nursing evidence.更多还原
