【摘要】 目的观察中医正骨救治地震骨折伤员的疗效。方法采用中医正骨手法整复、小夹板固定、中药内服外用配合心理辅导对152例地震骨折伤员进行全面救治。结果疗效优104例、良37例,优良率达92.7%。结论在突发群体伤害、医疗资源匮乏等特殊情况下,运用中医正骨疗法救治伤员取材便利,内外兼治,价廉效优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese bone-setting therapy on 152 fractured patients who were injured in this earthquake.Methods By traditional Chinese bone-setting manipulation,small splint fixation,oral and external application of Chinese traditional medicine and psychological counseling,we treated 152 fractured patients following earthquake.Results Among the 152 patients,104 cases achieved excellent outcomes and 37 good ones with the excellent and good rate of 92.7%.Conclusion Traditional Chinese bone-setting therapy is effective,safe,reliable,and cost-effective,especially eligible for disasters that abruptly happens and involves in a great deal of population.更多还原
