【摘要】 目的了解地震对焦虑抑郁患者的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对成都市部分焦虑抑郁患者进行震前、震后评定。结果地震前就诊者中47例(47.96%)患有焦虑,地震后增加为48例(63.16%);地震前46例(47.92%)患有抑郁,地震后增加为61例(68.53%)。地震前后SAS评分分别为(48.9±10.20)分、(52.57±12.04)分,SDS评分分别为(53.15±14.95)分、(57.21±10.70)分;女性SAS评分(51.70±12.09)分及SDS评分(57.33±11.20)分明显高于男性SAS评分(46.08±11.45)分及SDS评分(52.46±10.97)分,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论地震对焦虑、抑郁患者影响显著,对女性尤其明显,应高度重视对该类人群的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of earthquake on patients suffering from anxiety and depression.Methods Using SAS,SDS,we evaluated the patients who saw doctors in the neuropsychological research lab of our department before and after earthquake.Results Before earthquake,47 patients(47.96%) suffered from anxiety.After the earthquake it increased to 48 cases(63.16%).46 cases(47.92 percent) had depression before earthquake and it increased to 61 cases(68.53%) after earthquake.The anxiety scores before and after earthquake were 48.9 ± 10.20,52.57 ± 12.04 respectively.Depression scores before and after earthquake were 53.15 ± 14.95,57.21 ± 10.70 respectively.The anxiety and depression scores were significantly higher in women(51.70 ± 12.09,57.33 ± 11.20) than men(46.08 ± 11.45,52.46±10.97)(P < 0.05).Age,educational level and marital status had little influence on anxiety or depression.Conclusion Earthquake has great impact on patients’ anxiety and depression,especially for female patients.Great attention should be paid to them.更多还原
