【摘要】 目的探讨脂质代谢紊乱在子痫前期发病中的作用。方法选择87例子痫前期患者、88例正常妊娠妇女及107例健康未孕妇女,分别测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、载脂蛋白A(apoA)和B(apoB)浓度,计算TG/HDL-c、TC/HDL-c、LDL-c/HDL-c比值,并进行比较分析。结果正常妊娠妇女血脂及血脂比值均明显高于健康未孕妇女(P<0.01);子痫前期患者血清TC、LDL-c、apoB水平及LDL-c/HDL-c比值、HDL-c和apoA水平与正常妊娠妇女比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),而血清TG和TG/HDL-c及TC/HDL-c比值均显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者存在血脂代谢异常,血脂比值预测子痫前期发生的风险优于单个血脂指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes in lipid and lipoprotein profiles and ratios of lipid in normal and preeclamptic pregnancies and their potential involvement in the pathophysiology of preeclampsia.Methods 87 preeclamptic,88 normatensive pregnant and 107 non-pregnant women were selected in this study.Serums were analyzed for the levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c),apo A and apo B.The ratios of TG/HDL-c,TC/HDL-c and LDL-c/HDL-c were calculated.Results Compared with non-pregnant women,the levels of TG,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c,apo A,apo B and the ratios of TG/HDL-c,TC/HDL-c and LDL-c/HDL-c in normatensive pregnant women increased significantly(P < 0.01).Preeclamptic women exhibited higher levels of TC,LDL-c,apo B and LDL-c/HDL-c and lower levels of HDL-c and apo A as compared with normatensive pregnant women,but these changes have not significantly difference between these two groups while the ratios of TG/HDL-c,TC/HDL-C and the levels of TG in preeclamptic women increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusions Preeclampsia is associated with an abnormal lipid metabolism.Both atherogenic and antiatherogenic lipid profiles increased in preeclampsia while the former increased more evident than the latter.The ratios of lipids in preeclampsia increased significantly as compared with normatensive pregnant women and this atherogenic lipid profiles may be a potential contributor to endothelial cell dysfunction.Our data suggest that the ratios of lipids are better predictors of the risk of preeclampsia than levels of any one lipid fraction.更多还原
