不同结构地铁车轮的噪声特性测试和对比分析
Measurement and Comparison of Noise Characteristics of Subway Railcar Wheels with Different Structures
【摘要】 随着对地铁低噪声的要求日益严格,有必要对地铁车轮的声学特性进行定量分析,分析方法应简单易行并具说服力.为此,采用实验方法测试不同方向激励下3种不同结构地铁车轮的噪声特性,对辐射率和衰减率进行研究.对比分析表明,直辐板带制动盘的车轮声学综合性能最佳,噪声辐射率低,而且衰减较快.这一研究为低噪声城市轨道交通车辆的研发提供了实验依据.
【Abstract】 Strict requirements of low-noise produced by subway railcars call for quantitative evaluation of the acoustic characteristics of the wheels.The evaluation method should be easy,practical and persuasive.Measurements are made on noise characteristics of subway railcar wheels with three different structures and excited in different directions.Coefficients of radiation and attenuation are studied.Based on the comparison and analysis,conclusions are reached that wheels with straight radial plate and retarding disc is the best in terms of acoustics.This type of wheels produces low radiation of noise and fast attenuation.This study provides an experimental foundation to the development of low noise urban railcars.
