应用于显微图像检测系统的一种快速标定方法

【摘要】 由CCD、显微成像装置和计算机组成显微成像检测系统常用于精细加工的高精度显微测量。但由于CCD所采集的图像存在较大的非线性畸变,在检测前必须对系统进行标定。研究提出了一种高效、快速检测系统的标定方法。通过预先设定的高精度标定模板,并采用图像处理技术,计算出模板中参考圆的精确坐标,并以此作为参数,求解由非线性方程组问题构成的矫正模型,获取系统的矫正参数。实验验证了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Micro-image detection system is composed with CCD,microscopic imaging device and computer,which is applied in the microscopic measure of fine processing with high precision.Because the nonlinear aberration of the image grabbed from CCD is inevitable,camera calibration is an essential step before the measure.A high efficiency and fast camera calibration method is proposed in this paper.The calibration template is designed in our method.The exact coordinate of reference circle on the template is obtained by the image process technique.The distortion coefficient is calculated through solving the nonlinear equations consisted of these coordinates.The effectiveness of our method is verified through the experiments.
