45钢激光重熔WC-Co涂层磨损性能研究
Wear Resistance of WC-Co Coatings Dealt with Laser Cladding
【摘要】 采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在45钢表面喷涂一层WC-12Co涂层,然后对其进行激光重熔处理,考察熔覆后涂层、低碳钢以及喷涂层的磨损性能。通过光学金相显微镜观察涂层断面的形貌,并且采用显微硬度计测试涂层的硬度。通过耐磨性实验,分析了基体、超音速火焰喷涂层及激光熔覆层的磨损量。WC-12Co激光熔覆层的耐磨性比基体组织的耐磨性提高了近3倍,也明显比超音速火焰喷涂层的耐磨性要好很多。
【Abstract】 WC-12Co coatings were sprayed on 45 steel using high velocity oxy-fuel spraying,and then dealt it by laser cladding. Inspect the wear resistance of 45 steel,spraying coatings and cladding coatings.Cross section of coatings was observed by Metallurgical Microscopy.Hardness of coatings was test by Micro-density testers.The wear loss of the substrate,the coating and the laser cladding lager were tested by a MLS-225tester.The results show that the wear-resistance quality is three times than that of the substrate,and it is batter than that of the coating by HVOF.
