新型金属卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶化合物的合成及抗癌活性
Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of New Metalloporphyrin 5-Fluorouracil Compounds
【摘要】 设计合成了4种新型卟啉-5-氟尿嘧啶化合物,收率27.1%~58.3%,mp>300℃。确定了合成反应的最佳条件,研究了目标化合物的分离方法。通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和质谱测试技术对化合物结构和组成进行了确认。经抗癌活性实验表明,化合物D1、C2、D2对小鼠S180肉瘤生长有明显的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Four new porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds were designed and synthesized with yields of 27.1%~58.3% and mp>300 ℃.The reaction conditions were optimized,and the separation method of the target products was explored.The compositions and structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,UV-Vis,1H NMR,and MS.The antitumor activity experimental results showed that D1,C2,D2 compounds inhibited distinctly the growth of cancer S180 in the mice.
