甘露消渴胶囊中11种元素的含量分析
Determination of Eleven Elements in Ganluxiaoke Capsule
【摘要】 目的探讨中成药中元素的分布是否存在某种规律性。方法以微波消解法制备供试品,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法测定中成药甘露消渴胶囊中Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se,Ni,V,Fe,Ca,Mg,K等11种元素的含量。结果甘露消渴胶囊中的Cr,Mn,Se,Ni,V,Fe,Ca,Mg,K相对含量较高,Cu/Zn比值较低。结论该测定结果为研究此类中成药中元素含量与治疗糖尿病之间的关系提供了参考数据。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of eleven elements Cr,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se,Ni,V,Fe,Ca,Mg and K in the Chinese patent medicine Ganluxiaoke Capsule.Methods The samples were treated by microwave digestion,and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results The contents of Cr,Mn,Se,Ni,V,Fe,Ca,Mg and K in Ganluxiaoke Capsule were higher than those of other elements.The ratio of Cu/Zn was lower.Conclusion The results provide the useful data for studying the relationship between the elements in the Chinese patent medicine and the effect of treating diabetes.
