【摘要】 目的建立脾胃舒颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱为AgilentSB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(32∶68),柱温为室温,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.12～12.0μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),平均加样回收率为96.55%,RSD=1.21%(n=6)。结论HPLC法精密度高、重现性好,可用于测定脾胃舒颗粒中芍药苷的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determine the paeoniflorin content in Piweishu Granules.Methods HPLC was used to determine paeoniflorin.Agilent C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted as the chromatogram column.And methanol-water (32 ∶68) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL/min,the column temperature was room temperature,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The calibration curves were linear in the ranger 0.12-12.0 μg of paeoniflorin.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 8 (n=5),the average recovery rates for high,middle and low concentration were 97.06%,96.08%and 96.50%respectively,RSD was below 2.0%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used to determine paeoniflorin in Piweishu Granules.更多还原
