【摘要】 目的建立耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,以乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(8∶4∶88)为流动相,检测波长为236nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果方法精密度和稳定性均良好,马钱苷进样量线性范围是101.6～812.4ng,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.61%(n=9)。结论该方法适用于耳聋左慈丸中马钱苷的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To build up a method for the determination of loganin in Erlong Zuoci Pills.Methods Using the HPLC method with C18 Column,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid (8∶4∶88),the detection wavelength was at 236 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The precision and stability were fine.The linear correlation was observed from 101.6-812.4 ng,r=0.999 9(n=5).The average recovery rate was 99.8%,RSD=0.61%(n=9).Conclusion The method can be used to determine loganin concentration in Erlong Zuoci Pills.更多还原
