【摘要】 目的建立测定清脑降压片中黄芩苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用Watets 2690型高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(46∶54∶1),检测波长为276nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温(30±0.5)℃。结果黄芩苷质量浓度在7.92～39.60μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9982),平均回收率为97.38%,RSD=1.14%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快速、准确,可有效控制清脑降压片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Baicalin in Qingnao Jiangya Tableat.Methods The Watets 2690 HPLC instrument was used with Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase:methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(46∶54∶1).The detection wavelength was 276 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was (30±0.5)℃.Results The linearity of baicalin was obtained in the range of 7.92-39.60 μg/mL(r=0.998 2).The average recovery rate was 97.38% and RSD was 1.14%(n=6).Conclusin This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Qingnaojiangya Tablet.更多还原
