【摘要】 目的研究肿节风、新鱼腥草素钠及穿琥宁注射液对肺炎克雷伯菌释放内毒素能力的影响。方法以头孢三嗪为阳性对照品,将3种中药单独或与头孢三嗪联用,体外作用于敏感的肺炎克雷伯菌,比较高、中、低3种浓度作用4h后细菌内毒素释放量。结果无论是单用还是与头孢三嗪联用,3种中药都与头孢三嗪一样,均是低浓度组产生的内毒素量最大,高浓度组量最小,低浓度组产生的内毒素量比不加任何抗菌药物的阴性对照组更大。结论3种中药抗菌药物对肺炎克雷伯菌释放内毒素的影响类似头孢三嗪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the potential of Herba Sarcandrae,Sodium New Houttuyfonate and Chuanhuning injection in inducing endotoxin release from klebsiella.Methods The amount of endotoxin released from klebsiella after being treated in vitro by 3 antibacterial Chinese medicines (high,medium and low concentrations) alone or combination with ceftriaxone (control substance) for 4 h was compared.Results The amount of endotoxin released from klebsiella in low concentration of 3 Chinese medicines either alone or combination with ceftriaxone were the maximum but minimum in high concentration,in low concentration group was larger than in blank group.Conclusion The potential of 3 Chinese medicines in inducing endotoxin release from klebsiella is coincided with ceftriaxone.更多还原
