【摘要】 目的评价甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗老年呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择老年呼吸道感染患者106例,随机均分为两组。治疗组(53例)给予甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液0.3g静脉滴注,对照组(53例)给予左氧氟沙星注射液0.2g静脉滴注,均2次/d,疗程7～14d。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.45%和90.57%(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别为7.55%和9.43%(P>0.05)。结论甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗老年呼吸道感染安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of pazufloxacin in the treatment of the old patients with respiratory tract infections.Methods 106 old patients with respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into the therapy group and the control group,receiving 0.3 g pazufloxacin and 0.2 g levofloxacin intravenous drip twice daily for 7-14 d respectively.Results In the therapy group and the control group,the clinical effective rates were 92.45% and 90.57%(P > 0.05),the adverse reaction rates were 7.55% and 9.43%(P > 0.05) respectively.Conclusion Pazufloxacin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of the old patients with respiratory tract infections.更多还原
