【摘要】 目的制备甲癣软膏并对其进行质量控制,观察其临床疗效。方法采用熔融法制备,以分光光度法、酸碱滴定法测定水杨酸、乳酸的含量。结果对水杨酸、乳酸进行含量测定,其平均回收率分别为99.81%和99.92%,RSD分别为0.21%和0.23%(n=5)。临床用于治疗甲癣患者121例(共152只病甲),治愈病甲140只。结论该制剂质量稳定,使用方便,疗效好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation and quality control of Onychomycosis Ointment,and to observe its curative effect.Methods To prepare Onychomycosis Ointment by melting method and then to determine the concentrations of salicylic acid and lactic acid in the preparation by UV spectrophotometry and acid-base titration.Results In the content determination,the average recovery rate of salicylic acid and lactic acid was 99.81%and 99.92%,RSD was 0.21%and 0.23%,respectively.In the 121 treated clinical patients (total 152 tinea nails),140 tinea nails were cured.Conclusion The preparation is stable in quality and convenient to use with fine efficacy.更多还原
