【摘要】 目的研究浅裂鳞毛蕨的脂肪酸成分。方法用索氏提取法提取脂肪酸成分,甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术首次对浅裂鳞毛蕨中脂肪酸成分进行分析和鉴定。结果从浅裂鳞毛蕨根中鉴定了21个化合物,占根中成分的90.31%;从叶中鉴定了21个化合物,占叶中成分的89.24%。结论(Z)-9-十八碳烯酸是浅裂鳞毛蕨脂肪酸的主要药效成分,具有药用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the fatty acids in Dryopteris(D) sublaeta.Methods The fatty acids in D.sublaeta were extracted by Soxhlet extraction.The extracted fatty acids were esterified and then analyzed by GC-MS for the first time.Results Twenty-one compounds(90.31%) were identified from the fatty acids in the roots of D.sublaeta,and twenty-one(89.24%) from the leaves.Conclusion(Z)-9-octadecenoic acid is the main constituent of the fatty acids in D.Sublaeta,which has a value for medical use.更多还原
