【摘要】 在2005—2007年度河南省医院信息化水平现状调查的基础上,针对县区级医院的信息化建设,从人员构成、资金投入与分配、项目实施情况及存在的问题等4个方面进行了深入的分析。针对存在的问题,结合工作实际提出了成立信息化主管机构、引入咨询机构、加强技术队伍建设和人员培训、定期开展信息化普查等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation into information construction status in county hospital of Henan Province in 2005—2007, It analyzes the human resources, capital investment and division, projects implementation and problems.
