【摘要】 质量控制是保证临床检验结果准确并具有可比性的重要措施。通过江西省县级以上医疗机构临床实验室乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)标志物质量控制管理现状和室内质量控制(IQC)的调查,结合室间质量评价(EQA)成绩等资料作为依据,对HBV标志物检验结果相互认可的可行性进行了探讨和研究,对存在的问题提出了相应对策。其研究结果为推进医疗卫生改革,落实卫生部有关文件精神,帮助各级卫生行政部门寻求适合我国国情的科学决策提供了有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is quality control that ensures clinical lab test accuracy and comparability.The feasibility that mutual HBV test data is recognized was investigated by indagating the status of Hepatitis Virus Marker test quality control and Inter-nal Quality Control on county level and above hospitals in our province,the results of External Quality Assessment,Corresponding methods was offered to meet the questions.The results reference frame for propelling domestic health reform,for carrying out gist of document of national health department,for helping to search the scientific decision-making which adpt to the condition of our country.更多还原
