咽舒饮泡腾片中药材的水提醇沉工艺研究

【摘要】 目的探讨咽舒饮泡腾片水提醇沉工艺条件。方法以绿原酸含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,用正交方法对水提和醇沉进行工艺优化。结果水提最佳工艺为A3B2C3D3,即药材为饮片,加水10倍量,提取1.5h,分3次提取。醇沉最佳工艺为质量分数为40%乙醇,沉淀静置24h。结论选择绿原酸含量为考察指标,能客观反映出各工艺条件下的效果,高效液相色谱法具有操作简便、分析准确、快速、干扰小等优点。

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the water extraction and alcohol precipitation conditions of yanshuyin effervescent tablet.Methods An extraction procedure was optimized by orthogonal test.The content of chlorogenic acid which was used as the assessment index was determined by HPLC.Results The optimum water extraction process was as follows:water as extracting solvent,1.5 h each time,10 times solvent to the decoction pieces.The optimum alcohol precipitation process was as follows:40 % of precipitation concentration,the alcohol deposit lasted 24 h.Conclusion The content of chlorogenic acid was used as the assessment index and determined by HPLC,which was simple,accurate,rapid,and less interference.
