【摘要】 目的:探讨拉玛泽减痛分娩法的临床应用价值。方法:将312例产妇随机分为拉玛泽减痛分娩法组(实验组)和传统分娩法组(对照组),各156例,观察两组产妇在产程中的疼痛程度、产程分娩时间、分娩方式及并发症。结果:实验组产妇在产程中的疼痛程度、产程分娩时间、剖宫产率及并发症等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:拉玛泽减痛分娩法的镇痛效果显著,能缩短产程,降低剖宫产率,减少分娩并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of Lamaze method of childbirth to reduce pain.Methods:312 cases of lying-in women were randomly divided into two groups,Lamaze childbirth method to reduce pain group(experimental group) and the traditional method group(control group),156 case each,the lying-in women were observed in the stage of labor pain,labor delivery time,delivery methods and complications.Results:In experimental group,the pain was less,stage of labor was shorter,the cesarean section rate and complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analgesic effect of Lamaze method of childbirth to reduce pain is significant,it can shorten the stages of labor,reduce the cesarean section rate and complications in childbirth.更多还原
