【摘要】 目的:利用HPLC法检测几种抗癫痫药物的血清浓度,了解其影响因素。方法:采用HPLC法对我院2006年3月～2009年3月门诊132例服用抗癫痫药的患者进行血清浓度检测。结果:根据检测得知用药后癫痫患者的稳态血药浓度达到有效治疗浓度的占36.33%,且与年龄、性别无关。结论:有效的治疗浓度是患者治疗的关键,有决定性的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of serum concentrations in several anti-epileptic drugs.Methods:We determinated serum concentrations of 132 patients who were taken antiepileptic drugs by HPLC in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2009.Results:According to the test after treatment in patients with epilepsy that the steady-state plasma concentrations to achieve effective treatment of the number concentration of 36.33%,and it had no relationship with age and gender.Conclusion:The concentration of effective treatment for patients with treatment of the key,there is of decisive importance.更多还原
