【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在先心病左室右房通道中的诊断价值。方法:应用彩色多普勒血流显像对12例左室右房通道患者的二维声像图及彩色多普勒血流特征进行回顾性分析。结果:12例3种不同类型的左室右房通道患者彩色多普勒血流显像均有特征性表现,三尖瓣环型即三尖瓣前叶与隔叶之间可见裂隙与膜部室缺相通。三尖瓣瓣下型可见隔瓣与室间隔膜部缺损的上缘相连,三尖瓣瓣上型即三尖瓣隔叶与二尖瓣前叶之间可见连续回声中断,CDFI显示12例均见左室经膜部缺损入右房的穿隔血流信号。结论:彩色多普勒血流显像对先心病左室右房通道具有重要的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of color Doppler flow imaging in left ventricular-right atrium communication(LVRAC).Methods:The imaging characteristics of LVRAC in 12 cases by color Doppler flow imaging were analyzed.Results:Color Doppler flow imaging of 3 kinds of LVRAC in 12 cases were character,Tricuspid annulus Vis anterior tricuspid leaflet and septal leaflet has fissure which commuicates with ventricle of membranous part ,inferforma has parietal septum which connected with unmature particles superior margin of membranous part of interventricular septum.Tricuspid supraforma Vis tricuspid septal leaflet and anterior mitral leaflet discontinue with continuous-echo.CDFI showed that LV-RA trans-blood flow signals were found in 12 cases.Conclusion:Color Doppler flow imaging is important value to diagnose the LVRAC.更多还原
