广东医学院学生宿舍室内空气质量调查报告

【摘要】 目的:了解广东医学院学生宿舍室内空气细菌总数是否达标,提高学生对细菌认识的水平,改善学生的不良生活习惯,提高学生宿舍的空气质量。方法:采用自然沉降法。用9cm2的培养皿在宿舍内采样,自然沉降5min,在37℃孵箱中培养48h,观察并记录培养基上细菌菌落数,计算学生宿舍空气中的细菌总数。结果:共采集样品600份,男生宿舍样品数300份,合格率为83.00%;女生宿舍样品数300份,合格率为90.33%;早上300份,合格率为84.33%;中午300份,合格率为89.00%。结论:不同时间、入住者不同性别、不同生活习惯对宿舍内的细菌总数造成不同的影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate whether the total number of indoor air bacteria met the general standard and improve students’ cognitive powers of bacteria in nature as well as poor living habits and the air quality in students’dorms. Methods: Natural sedimentation collected air samples in the dormitories with 9 cm2 Petri dishes, left the dishes open for 5 minutes and cultivated them at 37℃ in the incubator for 48 hours. Calculated the total number of colonies in the air samples of the students’dormitories and recorded. Results: Three hundred samples from the male dormitories and three hundred samples from the female dormitories, among which half were collected in the morning and the remainder collected in the afternoon. The results indicate that the standard rate in male dorms was 83 percent , and 90.33 percent in the female dorms. Meanwhile, the standard rate of the samples gathered in the morning was 84.33 percent, and 89 percent at noon. Conclusion: The total numbers of bacteria in the students’ dorms are influenced by certain factors such as time , the gender of the habitants, the living habits.
