【摘要】 目的:建立醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:用Suntek Kromasil-C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:240nm;柱温:30℃。结果:醋酸曲安奈德在6.25～50.00μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.60%,RSD=0.40%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of Triamcinolone in Triamcinolone Urea Cream by HPLC.Methods:The Suntek Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)column was used.The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water(75:25),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 240 nm.The column temper-ature was 30℃.Results:The linear ranges of Triamcinolone was at 6.25-50.00 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.60% with a RSD of 0.40%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality con-trol of Triamcinolone in Triamcinolone Urea Cream.更多还原
