【摘要】 目的:研究锁骨下静脉穿刺在重症患者急诊救护中的应用及护理措施。方法:回顾性分析75例接受锁骨下静脉输液患者的穿刺成功率、后续治疗中并发症发生率、住院时间等指标,并与43例接受普通静脉输液患者的各项指标进行比较。结果:在75例接受锁骨下静脉输液患者中,穿刺成功率均高于普通静脉输液患者,而平均住院天数、住院后并发症的发生率均低于接受普通静脉输液患者。结论:锁骨下静脉穿刺在重症患者的院前急救中是一种行之有效的护理操作技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical application and nursing intervention of subclavian vein puncture in the procedure in emergency nursing care. Methods:The items of success ratio of the performance,intercurrent disease complications,and length of stay in hospital were investigated retrospectively in 75 cases of patients who received central venous catheter indwelling and theses items were compared with 43 cases of patients who received peripheral venipuncture. Results:The success ratio of operations in central venous catheter indwelling group were better than the eripheral venipuncture group,whereas the complications in subsequent treatments and in patients times were less than the other group and the difference were significant. Conclusion:Percutaneous subclavian indwelling of central venous catheter(CVC) is an effective nursing procedure in saving patents lives.更多还原
