【摘要】 目的:观察俞募配穴埋线法对男性免疫性不育症的治疗效果及其对抗精子抗体(AsAb)的作用。方法:将100例男性不育症抗精子抗体阳性的患者,随机分为2组,50例俞募配穴埋线组和50例口服强的松西药组,经治疗2个疗程后,观察临床疗效和对抗精子抗体的影响。结果:埋线组的总有效率、精子密度、前向运动率、血清和(或)精浆AsAb的阳性水平,均优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:俞募配穴埋线法治疗男性免疫性不育症的疗效肯定,能良性调节AsAb。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapy effect of Catgut embedding therapy. Methods: 100 patients of male immune infertility were divided into 2 groups randomly. One group was therapyed by Catgut embedding therapy, the other group was therapyed by taking prednisone. Results: Total effectiveness, the sperm density, the forward movement rate, the blood serum and the AsAb masculine level in Catgut embedding therapy was better than the other group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Catgut embedding therapy can be effective and safe treatment method to treat male immune infertility.更多还原
