【摘要】 目的:建立丙酸氯倍他索尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(用85%磷酸溶液调节pH值至2.5)-乙腈-甲醇(42.5∶47.5∶10),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:丙酸氯倍他索的线性范围为5～40μg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.05%,RSD为0.72%。结论:本方法准确可靠、简单可行,可用于丙酸氯倍他索尿素乳膏中丙酸氯倍他索的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of clobetasol propionate in Clobetasol Propionate Urea Cream. Methods: The analytical column was SHIMADZU VP-ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution(85% phosphoric acid solution with pH adjustment to 2.5)-acetonitrile-methanol(42.5∶47.5∶10) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results: The linear range of clobetasol propionate was 5-40 μg/ml, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.05% with a RSD of 0.72%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, simple and feasible, and can be used in the content determination of clobetasol propionate in Clobetasol Propionate Urea Cream.更多还原
