【摘要】 目的:评价探讨山东聊城地区儿童微量元素状况,为儿童合理补充微量元素提供参考。方法:随机选取2006年10月～2008年6月聊城市某医疗卫生机构健康体检的儿童500例,使用BH5100原子吸收光谱仪,测定手指血的Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe的含量,分析比较结果。结果:不同性别儿童血中微量元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe含量结果比较:男童组与女童组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同年龄段所有抽查儿童血中微量元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe含量缺乏率比较:Zn总缺乏率为3.40%,最高;其次为Fe,总缺乏率为2.80%;第三为Ca,总缺乏率为1.60%。不同年龄段所有抽查儿童血中微量元素Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe含量超高率比较:Cu总超高率为3.20%,最高;其次为Zn,总超高率为2.00%;第三为Ca,总超高率为0;Mg、Fe含量未发现超高情况。结论:儿童营养状态不容乐观,今后要加强健康教育,合理膳食,指导父母正确营养搭配,要有针对性地、合理地补充微量元素,以保障儿童的身体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the trace elements contents in blood of children in Liaocheng district of Shandong Province,and provide the reference for the reasonable complement of children’s trace elements. Methods:500 cases of children of physical examination in a medical and health institution of Liaocheng City from October 2006 to June 2008 were randomly selected,the Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe in finger blood were measured by BH5100 atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the results were analyzed. Results:The comparison of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe content in blood of different sexes:there was no significant difference between boy group and girl group (P>0.05). The comparison of the absence of rate of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe contents among different ages:total lack of rate of Zn was 3.40%,the highest; followed by Fe,the total lack of rate was 2.80%; the third was Ca,the total lack of rate was 1.60%. The comparison of the ultra-high rates of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg and Fe contents among different ages:total ultra-high rate of Cu was 3.20%,the highest; followed by Zn,the total ultra-high rate was 2.00%; the third was Ca,the total ultra-high rate was 0; Mg and Fe contents were not found ultra-high. Conclusion:The children nutrition condition is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen the health e-ducation and reasonable diet,to guide parents with right nutritional assortment,and a reasonable and targeted complement of trace elements is indispensable in order to protect the children in good health.更多还原
