【摘要】 目的:了解常规治疗联用β受体阻滞剂对充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:选择52例病因不同的CHF患者,在强心、利尿和扩血管治疗的基础上,治疗组加用β受体阻滞剂卡维地洛,对照组常规治疗,监测两组治疗前后的心功能和超声心动参数的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组总有效率为65.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组心功能改善方面,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,应用卡维地洛可以提高治疗CHF的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of β-blockers on congestive heart failure. Methods: 52 patients with con-gestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine therapy. Treatment group was given Carvedilol in addition to routine therapy, echoeardio graphy was performed before and after treatment. Results: The effection of the treatment group was 92.0%, the control group was 65.4%. There was significant difference on effection and on cardiac function between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Carvedilol can improve the efficacy of congestive heart failure.更多还原
