【摘要】 目的:探讨重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽)治疗儿童口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:88例患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用金因肽局部喷药,对照组给予碘甘油局部涂药,分组观察。采用随机平行对照实验,以创面愈合时间及疼痛消失时间为考察指标,比较rhEGF凝胶和碘甘油治疗口腔溃疡的疗效。完成可评估病例88例,其中实验组48例,对照组40例。两组均治疗至溃疡愈合或2周止,记录溃疡愈合时间和疼痛消失时间。结果:实验组愈合时间为(5.57±3.23)d,对照组为(8.23±3.15)d,两组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组和对照组疼痛消失时间分别为(4.8±1.9)d和(7.3±3.9)d,两组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:rhEGF凝胶对口腔溃疡创面具有明显的促进愈合作用,应用方便、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) in treating oral ul cer of children.Methods:A randomized controlled trial was adopted.88 patients were divided into test group(n=48) and con-trol group(n=40),the test group was given rhEGF gel and control group was given iodine glycerin until the restoration of oral ulcer or for 2 weeks.The healing time of oral ulcer wound and the ache disappear time were recorded.Results:The heal-ing time of test group and control group were(5.57±3.23) d and(8.23±3.15) d respectively(P<0.01).The ache disappear time of test group and control group were(4.8±1.9) d and(7.3±3.9) d respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:rhEGF gel can promote the restoration of oral ulcer with much convenience and safety.更多还原
