骨髓间充质干细胞在D-半乳糖衰老小鼠体内的定植

【摘要】 目的:研究骨髓间充质干细胞在D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠体内的植入情况。方法:采用5%D-半乳糖(0.25ml/10g)连续8周皮下注射建立衰老小鼠模型,并于模型建成后给予骨髓间充质干细胞输注。用PCR检测间充质干细胞在受体小鼠中的植入。结果:骨髓间充质干细胞在受体小鼠中定植。结论:对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠模型用骨髓间充质干细胞进行干预是可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate field planting of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in D-galactose induced aging mice.Methods:Aging mice model was induced by consecutively subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactose(0.25 ml/10 g) for 8 weeks.Then bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were infused into the established model.PCR method was used to detect field planting of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in acceptor mice.Results:It was true that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can plant in D-galactose induced aging mice.Conclusion:Intervention to D-galactose induced aging mice with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is feasible.
