【摘要】 目的:建立复方毛冬青注射液中腺苷含量的高效液相测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(pH6.5)-甲醇(17∶3),柱温为室温,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。结果:腺苷在0.18～0.90μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为99.58%(RSD=0.42%)。结论:该测定方法精密度高,准确性、重现性好,可用于复方毛冬青注射液的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a determination method of Ribosidoadenine in Fufang Maodongqing Injection by HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out by HPLC with a Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase was phosphate buffered solution-Methanol(17∶3) with a flow rate of 1 ml/min, detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results:Ribosidoadenine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.18-0.90 μg (r=0.999 9, n=5), the average recovery was 99.58%(RSD=0.42%). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Fufang Maodongqing Injection.更多还原
