【摘要】 目的:比较复方玄驹胶囊加五子衍宗丸口服、单用复方玄驹胶囊、五子衍宗丸口服治疗少、弱精子症的临床效果。方法:选择本院男科门诊确诊的少、弱精子症患者120例,随机分为三组,每组40人。A组:复方玄驹胶囊+五子衍宗丸+维生素E;B组:复方玄驹胶囊+维生素E;C组:五子衍宗丸+维生素E;共治疗3个月。于治疗前和治疗结束后进行计算机辅助分析(CASA)精液样本,用放射免疫法测定血浆性激素。结果:治疗3个疗程后,三组患者精液中精液量、精子密度、活率、a级和(a+b)级精子百分率等有明显改善,血清睾酮值比治疗前显著增高(P<0.01)。A组与B、C两组比较在治疗后精液参数、血清睾酮水平均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而B、C两组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:应用复方玄驹胶囊加五子衍宗丸能显著改善少、弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高血清睾酮水平,是治疗男性不育症的一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect by using the Co-Xuanju capsules combined with Wuzi Yanzong Bolu、the Co-Xuanju capsules and Wuzi Yanzong Bolu in the treatment of oligospermia or asthenospermia.Methods:120 subjects,who were oligospermia or asthenospermia patients from the first Shanxi medical hospital,were divided randomly into three groups and every group had 40 cases.Clinical trials involving 40 who received Co-Xuanju capsules+ Wuzi Yanzong Bolu+ Vitamin E,40 Co-Xuanju capsules+Vitamin E and 40 Wuzi Yanzong Bolu+Vitamin E,were carried out for three months.Semen samples were measured with the CASA and plasma sex hormone were assayed with RIA before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,various parameters in the semen quality after treatment all had a significant dif-ference in every group.The results in combined treatment group were significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.05),but the results between B and C group had no significant difference.Conclusion:The combination of Co-Xuanju capsules and Wuzi Yanzong Bolu can improve the semen quality,increase the level of testosterone in oligospermia or asthenospermia pa-tients and be an effective method in treating male infertility.更多还原
