【摘要】 目的:观察交通事故性脊髓损伤患者用蒙药那如-3治疗66例的疗效。方法:在我院手术治疗的交通事故性脊髓损伤截瘫患者66例,随机分为常规治疗组(A组)和常规治疗加蒙药那如-3治疗组(B组),每组33例。A组术后常规营养神经治疗;B组术后常规营养神经治疗的同时加蒙药那如-3治疗。治疗前、治疗2周后两组患者进行ASIA评分标准评定、脊髓减压改善率及检测血SOD、LPO、EGF的变化。结果:治疗2周后,B组患者损伤脊髓减压改善率、ASIA评分得分及SOD、EGF、LPO等指标明显优于A组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交通事故性脊髓损伤后手术及营养神经治疗并联合蒙药那如-3治疗效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Mongaolian medicine Naru-3 on traffic accident of spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:After operation of 66 cases of spinal cord injury patients were randomly divided into two groups.Each group was 33 cases.Group A was normal treated after operation and group B was normal treated and treated with Mongaolian medicine Naru-3 after operation.The ASIA scale and the rate of spinal cord reduced pressure was employed to assess and SOD,LPO,EGF changes were determined in the patients before and after treatment for 4 weeks in the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of therapy ASIA scores and rate of spinal cord reduced pressure and SOD,LPO,EGF changed in the B group were better than those of A groups.there was significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Mon-gaolian medicine Naru-3 is more effective in traffic accident of spinal cord injury.更多还原
