【摘要】 目的:总结老年人肺癌外科手术治疗的经验,对老年人肺癌外科手术治疗和并发症进行探讨。方法:回顾性分析我院2005年6月至2008年6月行手术治疗的250例老年肺癌患者的临床资料。结果:250例老年肺癌患者手术切除236例,切除率94.4%;术后并发症43例,并发症发生率17.2%;围手术期死亡5例,死亡率2.0%。结论:对老年肺癌患者认真做好术前准备,严格掌握剖胸手术适应证,加强围手术期处理,加强术后管理,是提高手术疗效的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the surgery therapy and complication of patients over sixty with lung cancer and summarize the clinical experience of surgical treatment of lung cancer in aged patients.Methods:The clinical data of 250 operation cases with lung cancer in aged patients in our hospital from Jun.2005 to Jun.2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:236 cases were carried out the operation of lung resection,making up a percentage of 94.4%.43 cases were with postoperative complication,taking a percentage of 17.2%;5 death in the perioperative period,with a mortality of 2.0%.Conclusion:Providing preoperative preparation for elderly patients with lung cancer,controling the indication of thoracotomy strictly,strengthening the perioperative management,and intensiting the postoperative management are the effective methods to improve surgical curative effect.更多还原
